Maintenance Services
The Services tab is a log of maintenance actually performed on your vehicles. Each service records what was done, when, on which unit, the parts and labor involved, and the total cost. Services can stand alone or be linked to a maintenance interval.
Summary cards at the top show your totals: number of Intervals, number of Services, and Total cost.
Registering a Service
- Click Add service. The New service dialog opens.
- Fill in the details:
- Unit — the vehicle serviced.
- Date — when the service happened (cannot be in the future).
- Link to interval — optionally attach this service to an existing interval so it counts as that interval's service. Choose No link to leave it standalone.
- Name — a short label, e.g. "Oil change".
- Odometer (km) and Engine hours (h) — the readings at the time of service. Neither can exceed the unit's current values.
- Parts & labor — add line items:
- Add part — a part with a Part name, Qty, and Cost.
- Add labor — a labor line with a Labor description, Hrs, and Rate.
- Each line shows a running Total.
- Location and Comment — optional notes.
- Attachments — attach files such as invoices or photos. Each file must be under 10 MB.
- Click Register to save.
The Services Table

Use the vehicle selector, the date range (From / To), and the All services filter to narrow the list. Columns are sortable; the default sort is newest first.
Click a service to open its details, where you can review the line items and attachments, Export PDF, or delete the record. Deleting a service also removes its attached files and the underlying Wialon maintenance event. Deleting a service cannot be undone.
Exporting
The Export menu above the table downloads the service history as Excel, PDF, or CSV, with the columns Date, Unit, Service, Odometer, Engine hours, Cost, and Files. The PDF repeats the Services count and Total cost cards at the top. Exports respect the active vehicle, service-name, and date-range filters.
A single service also exports on its own from the detail dialog. That PDF contains the service fields, the parts and labor lines, the total, and then one page per attachment: images are embedded, PDF attachments have their pages copied in, and other file types are listed with a note that no preview is available.
Where Service Data Is Stored
Everything stays inside your Wialon account:
- The service is written as a native Wialon maintenance event on the unit.
- The full record — parts, labor, cost, location, comment — is stored on the unit itself, so the history travels with the vehicle.
- Attachments are saved to that unit's own file storage, in a folder named after the service.
Attachment uploads are best-effort. If a file fails to upload, the service record is still saved and FleetTAB warns you so you can re-attach the file from the detail dialog.
